Walking for three hours early in the morning seems to support my sleep better, as it prevents late stimulation and lets my body wind down naturally before bed.

I had ChatGPT interpret the raw data from my Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Solar, and it was a great experience.

So far, I’ve only had three excellent sleep scores. Could the long walks be contributing to this?

I dodged dog poo on 6 long walks, yet somehow stepped in it right next to my car today, wearing the shoes I keep there.
