My car was connected, my scale was connected, my watch was connected, my phone was connected, it seemed to me that my entire daily activity could be monitored at 99 %. Since I am a nerd, I love following these measurements.
I ordered some rare clothes online and I will never do it again unless it is with Amazon because it is very easy to return stuffs with Amazon Prime. They just did not look good on me.
Looks like that my swimming pool was shut down for a month or longer due Covid-19 resurgence. My left shoulder will have plenty of time to recover and I will probably need to concentrate on running and cycling instead.

I finally bought the Xioami Body Scale 2 to follow up on my weights. I got tired of entering by hands my weight every day. Here I just popped on the scale and it recorded everything to my phone. I got 800 grams extra weight with the new device. The old one was off by 800 grams then.

I had to select a few of my favorite chilie peppers and save some in my apartment. I guess the others will die due to the winter cold. It was raining all day long therefore I spent a lot of time in the sport shops and renewed my old clothes.

After 2 sessions with the osteopath and an injection of cortisone into the tendon of the left shoulder, I did not feel any pain anymore. It was annoying me after each session of swimming. I am glad I took the time to get it fixed because it could last for a while without stopping the training.
