There are few days in life when you are really proud of yourself but today was one of these days. I called the bank dude who was supposed to “manage” my case and I enjoyed every second of the phone call:
Me: Hello, My name is XXX, you remember me? A year ago, I asked you to suspend my mortgage for 2 years WITHOUT any interest and you did not comply!
Mr. Dude: yes Mr XXX
Me: Guess what? I just received the judgement and it says: 24 months without any interest or penalty! HA HA!
Mr Dude: We will apply the court decision when we will receive it.
Me: Do not worry, you’ll it get tomorrow… bye bye!
I control time therefore I control money:
655 Euros * 24 months = 15 720 Euros.
La La la La La : 1079 Euros in da POCKET!

vIcTorY 1!

I received a call from the local court regarding my request against the bank. The clerk asked me if I would like to receive the decision by mail or to pick them up myself. I asked her to give me the final decision by phone directly (I thought it might be a NO):
FINAL VERDICT: YES YES YES! The bank mortgage has been suspended for 24 months.
I do not know if my second request will be accepted as well: meaning NO INTEREST during 24 months! MEANING 1079 Euros in da pocket! I am jumping up and down like a little kid. I will stop by to pick up the judgement myself. That would be a major victory against that bank and that means I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG!
It took me: 1 year 2 months and 16 days to stop the bank! Lots of paperwork to learn about the whole process!

While fixing the speakers for my brother, I noticed that his speakers, like mine, can have 2 inputs. I used the second audio-input for my old Samsung TV! I am now watching high definition documentaries from Youtube with kick ass speakers!
The bass sound improved greatly the quality of these documentaries!

I was shocked by the view of a kid living with his parents on the 5th floor. He left home for few months and came back with at least 20 kgs, a huge belly and … an ear ring! He prolly lost 10 years or more due to the extra weight. He really looks like his mother now!
I gained once 4 kgs and my face became rounded with chubby cheeks! Mark & Spencer food portions are perfect for me. Sadly, they are a bit expensive!

A neighbor came and asked me to check strange noises heard in his apartment. It took me 2 min to locate the noise coming from a kid toy right in front of his TV. I surprised myself with my newly discovered fox’s ears.
The dude came too quickly to the conclusion that the noise must come from his neighbors’. Most people sadly do the same.
