frUstraTion!

There was a beautiful song on the radio yesterday in the car when I was on my way to the market. I am trying to find it but no luck so far. It was so sad therefore I am trying again today.
I finally understand why I cannot help people with their internet/phone, gas, electricity or even car insurance bills. Indeed, they only have a small “window of time” in the day to dedicate to these matters. Also, they never tried to cancel a current deal to get a new one so here are the list of their fears:
- cancellation fees
- no connection during the transfer
- loosing their current phone number
- ignorance about their existing contract (12/24 months or no cancellation fees)
Nowadays, I simply told them where they can get the information about the existing cheapest deals and how much I pay for each of them. Maybe someday, they will find time to optimize their bills.
Most of them pay in a month what I pay in a year: meaning 6 to 12 times more! I also discovered that they do not even use the most valuable of their resources properly: Internet to gather information or to compare. They only use Internet for few things: Facebook, emails and maybe some administrative matters.

mY rOuTine!

These exercises are quite hard if you follow the program seriously and the Kinect + Xbox 360 is doing a great job at detecting your body frame. The weather is rainy so I have less opportunities to run or to use my bike daily but I like Autumn with the change of the colors all around me: the trees and the leaves.
I also accidentally hit my right foot hard on the stupid rowing machine that I sold two months ago and I can still feel a little bit of discomfort. I went to check with the doctor and it is some minor inflammation of the tendon or joints. The doctor gave the regular stuff I already used and some extra local cream for a massage. Nothing really serious and i barely felt it nowadays but I do not want to run again while I still feel something.

A clean jailbreak of iOS 9.0.2 has been released (Download Pangu 9 1.0.1 for Windows): LINK
Now, I need the latest Tomtom Western European, version 1.21 for it! I am downloading it now. It looks like that Free.fr is loosing its “relay” deals with other internet providers. I do not get the 4G strong signal from my studio anymore on my hotspot. I guess all good things come to an end!
Do not to play with the above instructions if you are not a professional and that you enjoy a nice looking Iphone 6 or Iphone 6S with a perfect iOS 9.0.2.
Since I am a geek and a weirdo, I always enjoyed tricky things that only I can manipulate and it takes hours and hours of tweaking that not many people enjoy doing!

cHit ChAt!

I talked to Malika from midnight till 1:20 am yesterday! The conversation was mainly about her friends and our own respective quest for happiness in life and … taxes. She told me so many weird stories about her friends breaking up or cheating on each other. In the end, we had a good laugh.
She concluded that we are “loners” but, at least, we avoided the other types of problems that couples have!

I went to “Paris 13ie” to get my regular Vietnamese sandwich and I had a haircut. Very well done without much hair cut in the end! I liked it.

iOS 9.0.2!

This iOS 9.0.2 upgrade gave me a huge headache. I’ve been trying to jailbreak or downgrade back to iOS 8.4.1. All this time reading on internet is really P-A-I-N-F-U-L-L. I managed to tweak and to use many useful applets for years in the jailbreak mode and now many of these things are blocked! What a shame!

It is priceless but it requires so much mental energy to fully use it:
- find the information
- understand its implications
- find the time and the energy to use it.
My neighbor asked me about his internet and all the problems he encountered at the beginning to get it. I explained to him that it was normal because we were not physically connected. Then I asked him what kind of phone deal he had?
He had the 19.99 Euros / month deal that would allow him to have 4G access and 50 Gb Download/Upload. I explained to him that, all he needed, was to get a phone that had 4G connectivity and to share that phone connection with his computer.
He told me that there was a meter on his 3G phone and he was limited to 3 Gb. I repeated my explanation a second time: His internet provider, Free gave only 3 Gb for 3G bandwidth but 50 Gb for 4G bandwidth: therefore he needed a 4G phone or a hotspot with 4G to have almost free/fast/unlimited internet (for his personal usage).
I hoped that my explanation got through his brain but looking at his facial expression, I think that I wasted my time one more time
Such is my life ….!

At the end of this month, it will the end of the 3 months that my company has to pay me and I would also receive in cash all of my vacations paid at once (~2 months and 4 days). I would know exactly how much I have in the bank. It would be about 10 k or more!
Then, it will be time to hit back and to unleash my energy: all the readings, the calculations and my own predictions. At least, it will keep me busy for few days.
I rarely did anything in life, since I am single, without at least 10 k in the bank! I think it is the right amount of money to allow me to move without stress to something else.
