If someone had told young-me that someday I would sleep daily at 20:30 and wake up at 4:20 am, I would not have believed that person.

I am relaxed; my mind is clear and fresh, and my whole body is full of energy! Two good nights of sleep in a row is like heaven on Earth. I woke up at 3:45 am, and for the first time in my entire life, I started my day by stretching my muscles, like a normal person waking up their body for the day ahead.
